We have used Pierre a few times recently and over the years. Highly recommended as the professional quality and presentation of his original dishes have always been superb, to say the least. for three years. He has catered white glove events and holiday parties with some of the most exceptional food that my family and I have eaten. He is also an excellent teacher of various cuisines for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As a bonus, he has some amazing life stories. I highly recommend him.
